Refund policy

At The Jersey Dealer, we want you to love every jersey you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The jersey is unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in its original, resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at jerseydealerthe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys.
  • Jerseys showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
  • Items returned without original tags.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer one size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the wrong item or a defective product was delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the necessary payment details are provided.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
